We need young people to become excellent journalists and communications experts!!! These professions are critical to informing us accurately and in depth about all affairs in our great democratic nation. Jon Slusher exemplified this journalistic expertise as an editor of a local newspaper. He was taken from us too early by brain cancer. In his memory we are funding scholarships for high school seniors interested in pursuing careers in journalism or communications. During the past 6 years nearly twenty $1000 scholarships have been awarded. We sponsor a 5k run/walk every October to help fund these scholarships. Would you consider helping us with a donation?
